full cooked breakfast is served restaurant style and features
artfully prepared fresh fruit selections and a daily entree. Sample
menus include puff pancake with prickly pear cactus lemon syrup and
yogurt with home baked granola; southwest potato and pepper saute
with cinnamon crunch whole wheat toast; or deep pocket waffles with
ginger peach glaze and ham...the list goes on. Beverage selections
include juice, coffee, teas or milk.
You select your breakfast time between 7:30 and 9:00 a.m.,
and the place - dining room, patio, your room.
